SUA İnşaat Establishment

Şua İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established

1992

Merve Apartment

The construction of Merve Apartments has been completed.

1997

Atasehir Andalusia Site

The foundation of Ataşehir Andalusia Site was laid and the construction of the building was completed within 2 years.

2001

The first project outside of Istanbul

Aqua Park Villas, the first project of Şua İnşaat outside of Istanbul, was introduced at the launch as 76 luxury villas in Altınoluk. The project was successfully completed within 25 months.

2004

300 Flats Project

The 300 flats project in Ümraniye Ataşehir was completed in 3 years.

2006

Elite

Şua İnşaat has decided to use the name ´Elite´ in all its future projects.

2006

Elite Life Launch

Elite Life project was launched. The sale of 450 flats in the project was successfully completed within 1 year.

2008

SUA Construction and Real Estate Housing Partnership

The Elite City project, implemented by the partnership of Şua İnşaat and Emlak Konut, was launched.

2008

Best Of The Year

Elite City project was awarded the “Best of the Year” award.

2011

Elite Side Launch

Elite Side project was launched.

2011

Şua Construction office Elite Residence

Şua İnşaat office was opened in Istanbul Ataşehir under the name of Elite Residence.

2013

Elite Side With 300 Flats

Elite Side project of 300 flats was completed within 24 months and delivered to their owners.

2016

Elite Concept with 728 ultra-luxury flats in Fikirtepe, Istanbul

The foundation was laid for the Elite Concept project with 728 ultra-luxury flats in Fikirtepe, Istanbul, which is Turkey´s first and largest urban transformation area.

2017

Elite Park Business Center

The business center project of Şua İnşaat, Elite Park, was completed in Ümraniye, Istanbul.

2018

Elite Concept Completed

The Elite Concept project was delivered to the homeowners in a short period of 28 months, much earlier than planned.

2018

First Abroad Project

Batumi View, the first overseas project of Şua İnşaat, was realized in Batumi, Georgia, in partnership with Rekan Group. Batumi View, which is the first and only project of Batumi by the sea, took its place with a total of 800 apartments.

2019

The First University Project

The first university project of Şua İnşaat, Atlas University, was implemented in 2019.

2020

First Project in Iraq

The foundations of Green World Tower, the first project of Şua İnşaat in Iraq, were laid on a 110 thousand square meter construction area in Erbil.

2020

Green World Residence

Green World Residence, the second project of Şua İnşaat in Erbil, Iraq, was implemented.

2021

First Social Mosque

The first social mosque of Şua İnşaat was put into service of the people of the region under the Perizade Foundation.

2022

Elite Garden Project

With the Elite Garden project, 12 ultra-luxury villa projects were started in Istanbul. The delivery date of the project was determined as July 2023.

2022

Elite Suite Luxury Villa

The foundations of 24 individual luxury villa projects called Elite Suit were laid.
